Couples Therapy
Every relationship faces challenges, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. When communication becomes difficult, conflicts repeat themselves, or emotional distance begins to grow, couples may find themselves feeling misunderstood, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward.
I provide a supportive and respectful space where both partners can express their thoughts and feelings, explore recurring conflicts, and develop a deeper understanding of one another. Therapy offers an opportunity to look beyond individual disagreements and examine the emotional patterns, expectations, family experiences, and relationship dynamics that may contribute to ongoing difficulties.
My approach emphasizes understanding each partner’s perspective, improving communication, and exploring the deeper dynamics that influence how couples relate to one another. Together, we can work toward recognizing unhelpful patterns, strengthening emotional connection, and finding healthier ways to manage disagreements and navigate important decisions.
As a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I also offer couples therapy in both English and Spanish. This can be especially helpful when one partner feels more comfortable expressing themselves in English while the other prefers Spanish. Each person deserves the opportunity to communicate in the language in which they can best express their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
Whether you are facing communication difficulties, recurring arguments, emotional disconnection, or challenges related to cultural and family differences, therapy can help you better understand your relationship and explore possibilities for meaningful change.
My goal is to help couples develop greater mutual understanding, strengthen their connection, and build healthier ways of relating to one another.
I offer virtual couples therapy in English and Spanish to eligible clients residing in Texas and Florida.
